Wakoku Seiha Den is a quiz game. The player chooses a prefecture in Japan, and then represents a district within that prefecture in a winner-take-all competition against other districts, and then in a national tournament.
Players can choose the category in which they want to compete. Japanese History, World History, Japanese Geography, World Geography, Politics and Economics, etc. In each game, the only way to win is to answer some questions correctly. You have to answer all the questions correctly within the time limit.
