MicroLeague Football: The Coach's Challenge

MicroLeague Football: The Coach's Challenge is an American soccer simulator in which you play as the coach of a team. Before the game, you have to select the home and away team (both can be played by a human or a computer), and make changes to the roster if you wish. During the match, the human player can call plays and choose passing patterns, make substitutions for injuries, etc. It is also possible to play a 'quick' match showing only the results that can be printed.

MicroLeague Wrestling

MicroLeague Wrestling is a wrestling game, the first licensed by the World Wrestling Federation. The game can be played by one or two players and comes with two possible matchups, each with a separate wrestling disc. There's Hulk Hogan vs. 'Macho Man' Randy Savage (all platforms) and Hulk Hogan vs. 'Mr. Wonderful' Paul Orndorff (Atari ST/C64). For DOS and Amiga the second match is Hogan vs Dibiase. A match can last 10, 20 or 60 minutes. The game's presentation before, during and after the bouts is modeled after WWF TV shows and features digitized images of real WWF personalities such as wrestlers, managers, interviewers, commentators and announcers. The digitized footage illustrates on-camera interviews, wrestlers' entrances (with renditions of their theme songs), in-ring commentary and audience reactions. During a match, the game follows an unusual approach: Instead of directly controlling a fighter, players select a move from a menu. The computer decides whether it was successful or not and the result is displayed via a digitized image.
