Hello Mr. President is a Korean humorous fighting game in which all playable characters are contemporary presidents or prime ministers of different countries. They include Bill Clinton (USA), Boris Yeltsin (Russia), Deng Xiaoping (China), Margaret Thatcher (UK), François Mitterrand (France), Saddam Hussein (Iraq), Morihiro Hosokawa (Japan) and Kim Youngsam (South Korea). The player can choose the order of each character's opponents. Fights take place in the opponent's home country, with backgrounds representing the location.
The game also includes a board game mode in which the player moves the character around a board, solving various mini-games such as simple puzzles or answering trivia questions along the way. Succeeding in the board game allows the character to begin combat with better attributes. However, it is possible to skip the board game altogether and go straight to the battles.
