Dyter-07
In Dyter-07, Earth is under attack by alien forces. The player operates the advanced attack helicopter Dyter-07 to drive them back and rescue the scientists along the way. The game has eight levels with two alternating game mechanics. On each of the four tropical islands, at first you have to clear the surface by flying in a side-scrolling perspective, reminiscent of Choplifter. The alien opposition can be destroyed by shooting at them, but after six hits the helicopter is destroyed.
The basic objective is to destroy a series of robots encountered using radar. However, the helicopter is not capable of destroying them; that is why it carries the Battledroid, a tank. When the helicopter lands, the tank detaches and can be driven across the surface of the island. A side effect of destroying the robots is the rescue of the human scientists who are held hostage in the robots. They can be picked up with the helicopter and taken to the base. Although this is not necessary to finish the level, the rescued scientists get vital upgrades such as better weapons, a better shield or the ability to move underwater. All of these upgrades can be applied to the helicopter or tank.
Once all the robots are destroyed, a volcano opens up and the player enters it. In the next section the game is transformed into a vertical scrolling shooter. The gameplay in these sections is traditional, except for the fact that the player scrolls down from the top of the screen: dodging enemy bullets and shooting as many aliens as possible until reaching and defeating the final boss of the level. An upgraded helicopter is important to survive these levels.
Fate: Gates of Dawn
Winwood was an ordinary man, the owner of a small record store, certainly an unsuitable profession for someone who would become a hero in a magical land. But fate had its own plans for our hero. One day, feeling particularly sleepy, Winwood closed his store and fell asleep on the couch. Soon his dream turned into a nightmare: he realized that he was trapped in his own dream world, a fantasy land with wizards and fierce monsters, unable to wake up. An old man named Naristos explained to him that a mysterious wizard known as Thardan has been terrorizing the land for a long time. Thardan's power could be the only solution to Winwood's problem. As a traveler between worlds, Winwood is the only one who has a chance to get close to Thardan, and perhaps rid the magical land of his tyranny.
Fate: Gates of Dawn is a first-person role-playing game with turn-based combat, similar in visual style and gameplay to the games Wizardry and Bard's Tale. The player can recruit up to 28 characters, resulting in four separately controllable groups. A notable feature of the game is a day
