Boink! is a video game published in 1992 on Windows 3.x by Scott's Game Workshop. One of those obscure titles!
The object of Boink! is to use the mouse to click on the smiley faces before they disappear. Every 20 successful Boinks! you level up, and the smilies multiply, and stay on the screen for a shorter period of time. The game ends when 50 smilies are lost.
