Buy and sell dilapidated buildings and then rent them out to earn money and increase your scum score. Beat up tenants and police, or get beaten up. If you get caught, you'll go to jail and lose everything. You can even play cards or dice to earn more money. Get your score high enough and become the Slummiest Slum Lord of all.
