Description Pyramids of Egypt
Although John Romero has become one of the most celebrated designers of all time, he didn't just start with Doom or, in his case, Wolfenstein 3D. Back when id was a small company, Romero designed excellent top-down action games for 'Big Blue Disk' publisher Softdisk. This game, in which you have to collect diamonds and power-ups while avoiding snakes, shows Romero's ability to create incredibly addictive games.
