Quintette is a computer version of the Pente board game. It also includes Gomoku, a variant of Pente. Both game modes take place on a Go board on which two players place Go stones. The objective is to take five stones in a row or to capture five pairs of stones from the opponent. There are two types of games: games against the AI and games between humans. It is also possible to watch the game against the AI. The games are played in tournament format, and you can choose whether to start with white or black, or flip over. If the tournament rule is activated, the first player's second move is restricted and must be at least three intersections away from the center of the board. There are eight difficulty levels in the game. It also includes an option to modify the board.
