ROM² Karaoke: Volume 4 is the fourth in NEC Avenue's series of karaoke discs. Like the other discs, it comes with a sound system called ROM² AMP, which includes microphone, mixer and speakers. Songs are played over different backgrounds, some of which display digitized photos, while others feature hand-drawn graphics. The backgrounds can change dynamically with the song, and some of them offer rudimentary interaction.
