Alphonse T. Nurd is a lackey of scientist Bogdan Schtunk, but he wants to know what his boss is up to. One night, while playing scientist, Alphonse comes across the Atomic Particle Person Splitter. Activating the machine, Alphonse splits himself into two people. Since he doesn't want Schtunk to find out, he has to take his double to the Recombination Chamber. The lab is divided into five zones and you must control Alphonse and solve the puzzles to pass through them. Your double, on the other hand, enjoys his freedom and will try to hinder you.
Schizofrenia is a single-screen side-view platformer. You control Alphonse with the joystick. Your score, lives, level and time are also shown on the screen.
