Sergeant Seymour: Robot Cop

Sergeant Seymour: Robot Cop is a video game in the action genre developed by The Big Red Software Company Ltd. and published by Codemasters originally released in 1992. It is currently playable on Commodore 64, Amstrad CPC.

Here's your chance to join Sergeant Seymour in his latest blockbuster Robot Cop. The game stars Seymour in a gloomy city of the future. Here he must overcome 30 levels with many villains and one boss each. Each level is a maze viewed from above. Once all the villains in a level have been stopped, the boss is automatically destroyed.

The weapons available to Seymour are his bionic stretch arm or his 'fist gun'. If you hold down the fire button, the arm will stretch further and the cuffs will be more powerful. As you stop each villain, bonuses are released for extra points. Other bonuses you can collect and use are a phone to call the SWAT team, a blue light that protects Seymour during a hit, and a rainbow tile that gives extra speed. If you collect the letters ROBOTCOP, Seymour will move to a bonus stage. Watch out for apples and cans thrown at you and stay away from bombs.
