The world's seas are now full of man-eating Sharks and it's up to you to dive into the seas and kill them all with your harpoon gun. Over the course of several levels you must shoot a Shark to move on to the next level. The game is viewed from the side with the entire level displayed on the screen. The Shark swims at the top of the screen while you can only move left and right at the bottom. You must shoot a harpoon upwards to kill it. As you play a level, your air meter decreases and if you do not kill the Shark before it reaches zero, then you lose one of three lives. As you progress through the levels, there are other sea creatures to watch out for, such as eels, fish and squid. They are to be avoided and cannot be shot, and if they are touched you lose a life.
