Space Station

Space Station is a video game in the action genre developed by Paradox Software and published by Eidersoft originally released in 1986. It is currently playable on Atari ST.

Space Station is a platform action adventure in which the player assumes the role of a spaceship commander. The station is attacked by aliens and must be destroyed. Unfortunately, the diskette with the destruction code is hidden somewhere in the 99 rooms and must be found first. In order to escape from the station, fuel for a spaceship must be collected along the way.

The player can jump and shoot, although before using the gun, ammunition packs must be found, so the use of the gun is very limited. In the station, robots and aliens attack and elevators, teleporters and jump-pads allow the player to navigate through the various connections between rooms. The screen scrolls between rooms, with no scrolling required. There is only one life, but a generous energy level, which decreases upon contact with enemies. There is no fall damage, but jumping into the void instantly ends the game.
