Description Take 'Em Out
Take 'Em Out is a clone of Operation Wolf. As in that game, the player has to shoot wave after wave of enemies that appear on the screen, while avoiding civilian targets. Shooting certain objects, such as grenades and first aid kits, recharges the ammunition and energy bar, respectively.
The game is controlled with the mouse and, after scoring a minimum amount of points in the shooting gallery preceding each level, the player can carry two different weapons from a choice of four: machine gun, shotgun, grenades and a bazooka. These can be assigned to the mouse buttons on the weapon selection screen that appears at the beginning of each level. At the top right of the screen is an energy bar that decreases as the enemy fires.
The game has no number of 'lives', 'continue', passwords or any way to save progress: if the energy bar reaches zero or the player cannot accumulate the required score, the game restarts.
