Wheel of Fortune is a video game in the puzzle genre developed by Synergenix Interactive AB and published by Sony Pictures Digital Entertainment Inc. originally released in 2003. It is currently playable on Mophun.

Players take on the role of the contestant, competing through a series of rounds built around a rotating prize wheel and a hidden puzzle board. Each round begins with a set category and an undeciphered phrase, rendered across the board with blank spaces and letter positions waiting to be revealed. The objective is to correctly solve the puzzle before the board fills up with missed guesses, scoring prizes and building momentum from turn to turn.

Gameplay centers on two actions: spinning the wheel and selecting letters. On a turn, the player triggers the wheel spin, watching it slow to a stop on a prize value, special symbol, or penalty segment. If a number lands on the wheel, that value is used to calculate earnings for any consonants claimed successfully. Letter choices are made from an on-screen keypad, with the game checking each guess immediately. Correct letters fill all matching positions in the puzzle, while incorrect guesses may cost the player scoring opportunities depending on the current wheel result.

As puzzles progress, the game simulates the feel of a real contest with options for risk management. When prompted, players may attempt strategic plays such as buying vowels using available funds, letting additional letters be revealed without consuming a guessed consonant. Across rounds, the game tracks totals, revealed letters, and remaining unknown spaces, maintaining pressure as turns continue or as mistakes accumulate. When enough letters are known, the player can enter a solution attempt to end the round quickly and secure a decisive score boost.

The visual style emphasizes clear, high-contrast puzzle presentation alongside a prominent wheel animation. The wheel occupies a central area of the screen during spins, featuring distinct segment colors and legible numeric and symbol markers. The puzzle board uses bold letter slots, with newly uncovered characters appearing in place immediately, helping players track progress at a glance. Transitional effects and state changes—such as wheel stop confirmation, incorrect-guess display, and round completion screens—are handled with straightforward 2D motion and responsive interface cues.

Audio reinforcement supports the game-show atmosphere. Spins trigger energetic sound effects and wheel ticks, while successful letter reveals are accompanied by crisp confirmations. Background music maintains a game-show rhythm throughout play, shifting subtly when rounds change or when special wheel outcomes occur. Voice-like stingers and callouts punctuate key moments such as correct consonants, vowel purchases, and puzzle solutions, giving the player a strong sense of participation and competition as the wheel and puzzle cycles continue.
