Who Dares Wins

Who Dares Wins is a video game in the action genre and published by dk'tronics originally released in 1983. It is currently playable on Commodore 64.

You are a member of the S.A.S. and you have been sent to an American embassy to shoot the terrorists holding hostages. The game is a first person shooter with the entire embassy building on the screen. There are a number of windows and the terrorists or hostages will slide through the different windows in a different colored top. As people appear in the windows you are told what color the terrorists are and you have to shoot them by moving a cross and pressing fire.

You only have six shots and when they run out you must move to a cross at the bottom left and fire to reload your weapon. For each shot of a terrorist you receive a merit and collect enough of them before time runs out and you are promoted. However, if you shoot a hostage, you will be demoted, and if you are demoted from private or let the time run out, it will be game over. During the game the color of the terrorists can also change color.
