Widows Revenge is a video game in the action genre developed by Nüfekop and published by Bubble Bus Software originally released in 1983. It is currently playable on Commodore 64.
Widows Revenge is based on the arcade game Centipede and has you control a small ship at the bottom of the screen trying to shoot all the spiders moving across the screen moving downwards. Your ship can move left or right and move forward a small distance and also backwards, back to the bottom of the screen. Occasionally the spiders will stop and shoot a web downwards and this must be avoided. There are pods and eggs on the screen that can be shot or collected for points and shooting an egg will turn it into a pod. Other creatures that appear are a giant spider that moves around the screen laying more eggs and a bat that flies around the screen. If you touch any creature or a spider web, you lose one of the four lives and once you have killed all the spiders, you will pass to the next level.
