Winter Events is a video game in the sports genre and published by Anco Software Ltd. originally released in 1988. It is currently playable on Atari 8-bit.
In 1988, Atari released a game called Winter Events. It was an 8-bit game for the Atari system. The game was a compilation of four winter-themed events: ski jumping, bobsledding, speed skating, and ice hockey. The player could compete in any or all of the events.
The ski jumping event was probably the most difficult of the four. The player had to time their jump just right, or they would not make it very far. The bobsledding event was also quite challenging. The player had to steer the sled around the course without crashing.
The speed skating event was a bit easier than the other two. The player just had to skate around the rink as fast as they could. The ice hockey event was the easiest of the four. The player just had to shoot the puck into the other team's net.
Overall, Winter Events was a challenging but fun game. It was a great way to spend a winter day indoors.
