Description Wriggler

Wriggler is a single-screen shooter inspired by the arcade game Centipede in which you control a small spaceship at the bottom of the screen to blow up all the insects that appear in your garden over several levels. You move your ship left, right and a small distance forward as a Centipede-like creature moves across the top of the screen, dropping down one place when it reaches the sides. Scattered all over the screen are mushrooms that block your movement, but can be removed after a couple of shots, and if the Centipede hits one, it moves down one place and moves in the opposite direction. If you shoot the Centipede then it splits in two, and when you shoot the other parts of the Centipede then they also split in two. Other creatures appear, such as spiders and snails, which can be shot or avoided, and if you touch any creature you lose one of your three lives. Once the Centipede is eliminated, you move on to the next level.
