WWF Wrestlemania

WWF Wrestlemania is a video game in the action genre developed by Twilight and published by Ocean Software Ltd. originally released in 1992. It is currently playable on DOS, Amiga, Amstrad CPC, Atari ST, Commodore 64, ZX Spectrum.

In 1992, Acclaim Entertainment released WWF Wrestlemania for the DOS platform. The game was based on the popular World Wrestling Federation (WWF) professional wrestling promotion and featured many of the top wrestlers from the time period.

WWF Wrestlemania was a side-scrolling action game that allowed players to take control of one of eight different wrestlers. Each wrestler had their own unique moveset and could be customized with different color schemes. The game featured a single-player mode where players fought through a series of matches against computer-controlled opponents, as well as a two-player mode where players could compete against each other.

The game was generally well-received by critics, with many praising the game's large roster of wrestlers and its simple, yet satisfying gameplay. However, the game was not without its faults, as many felt that the graphics and sound were somewhat lacking. Nonetheless, WWF Wrestlemania was a solid entry in the early days of professional wrestling video games and laid the foundation for many future titles in the genre.
