Xeno Ball

Xeno Ball is a video game in the action genre developed by Mad Data and published by Homebrew Software originally released in 1995. It is currently playable on DOS.

Xeno Ball, the villain Gorgozora has kidnapped Princess Lea Urbana, but the brave Zenoball, who looks like a Zulu minus the body, jumps into a spaceship to save her and go on an adventure.

The game is divided into levels (60 levels in total), and the goal of each level is to reach the end zone. The protagonist of the story is a ball, and you can't control it directly. It just moves along the rails like a pinball, never stopping. You select tiles with the function keys on the keyboard; some tiles fall down after Xen passes through them, while others aren't there at first, forcing you to create a path for Xen so he doesn't fall into space. Depending on the type of tile, you can activate/deactivate fans and flamethrowers, change the direction of travel, teleport and move on to the next track.

Between levels a short cutscene plays (which is repeated in some levels), and you are given a password to resume your progress.
