Description Xtron
Xtron is a Space Invaders game, in which some Galaxian elements are mixed in.
The player's ship is tethered to the bottom edge and can move left and right. At the beginning of each level, all alien ships approach the screen in different formations, already shooting at the player before they settle into position at the top of the screen and begin individual downward attacks.
New types of aliens appear every other stage. There are no additional weapons and the player's ship is limited to very few projectiles at a time. The background is a scrolling star field, the user interface is just an optical trick next to the display of points and player lives.
