The Aftermath è il secondo add-on per Command and Conquer: Red Alert.
Questo add-on introduce nuove unità completamente giocabili: Chrono Tank, Demolition Truck, Field Mechanic, Tesla Tank, Shock Trooper, M.A.D. Tank, Phase Transport e Missile Submarine. Carro armato, trasporto di fase e sottomarino missilistico. Ci sono 18 nuove missioni della campagna, 9 per ogni lato. Non sono collegati a nessuna storia, come in Red Alert: Counterstrike, quindi possono essere giocati in qualsiasi ordine.
The Aftermath aggiunge anche altre 100 mappe multiplayer e 8 canzoni di battaglia nuove di zecca, espandendo la colonna sonora a 35 tracce.
