At the beginning of each game, a swarm of insects descends on human skin at the bottom of the screen. The player has a blood pressure cuff, and when the insects reach the skin and attach and suck the blood, the blood pressure drops. The player controls a small hand and moves it in all directions to squash the bugs, destroying all the bugs in a single level to advance to more difficult levels. The player also has a canister of insecticide, which can destroy all the creatures on the screen, but can only be used twice per game. If too many insects attach themselves to the player, a flex can be selected, in which case the blood-sucking insects will explode due to increased pressure. If the player loses sufficient blood pressure, the game ends.
