Description Capone

This is the first light gun game for the Commodore Amiga. The action takes place in the era of Capone in 1920's Chicago. The player is a lone gunman fighting Capone's men through the streets and alleys of the city. The game is very similar to Operation Wolf. As the game progresses, the screen scrolls sideways and evil gangsters appear from behind windows and buildings. The player must be careful not to run over innocent bystanders, such as women, children and pets strolling down the street. There are also two indoor scenes, including a warehouse filled with TNT and the finale taking place inside a bank. Capone was released in the early years of the Amiga, and looked very unique for its time.

Although the main selling point of Capone was that it was the first light gun game available for the Amiga, players could also play entirely with a mouse. During mouse play, a cross-shaped cursor appears on the screen. Firing is done by simply pressing the mouse button or the trigger of the light gun.
