Devilish

Gamma has kidnapped the hero's love and is holding her hostage in his hideout in the Temple of Evil. The hero must defeat Gamma's forces to rescue his love. Devilish is a variant of Breakout. Instead of the screen remaining stationary, the game screen will scroll forward once the ball (called a power orb in this game) passes through a barrier. The game consists of eight stages. Players control a paddle and have to hit a power orb on the barriers to pass through them, and the orb can also be used to destroy enemies. The paddle can be configured in four different formations, which are an offensive and defensive stance and an L and inverted L formation. The stages must be completed before time expires. Stages also contain treasure chests that can contain a time bonus, a 1-Up, a Buster Ball that can break any barrier, and a Flash Bomb that will destroy any surrounding blocks when it explodes. The game offers a normal game mode and a time trial mode. The time trial only includes the first six stages. The options allow the player to choose between easy, normal or hard difficulty and also allow you to select the number of power orbs you have available at the start.

SD Gundam World: Gachapon Senshi 2 - Capsule Senki

MSX 1990
Released in 1990, SD Gundam World: Gachapon Senshi 2 - Capsule Senki for the MSX is a Japanese exclusive video game that was developed and published by Bandai. It is the sequel to the first installment in the Gachapon Senshi series, which is a spin-off of the popular Gundam franchise. The game is a combination of a strategy and role-playing game, with players taking on the role of a capsule toy collector who must collect and battle with different SD Gundam characters. The game is set in the same universe as the Gundam series, but with a chibi or super-deformed art style, making it a light-hearted and fun addition to the franchise. One of the most unique and interesting features of Gachapon Senshi 2 is the use of capsule toys. Players must use in-game currency to purchase capsule toys, which contain different SD Gundam characters. These characters then become playable in battles and can also be leveled up and equipped with different weapons and armor. The gameplay revolves around turn-based battles between different SD Gundam characters. Players must strategically choose their team of Gundams, each with their own set of strengths and weaknesses, to defeat enemy teams. The battles are fast-paced and animated, with each character having their own unique special attacks. The game also features a story mode, where players can follow the adventures of the capsule toy collector as they travel through different areas and battle against various enemies. The story mode also allows players to unlock new characters, weapons, and upgrades, providing a sense of progression and replay value. In addition to the story mode, the game also includes a versus mode, where players can battle against each other with their collections of SD Gundams. This adds another layer of excitement and competition to the game, making it a great choice for multiplayer gaming. The graphics and sound in Gachapon Senshi 2 are vibrant and nostalgic. The chibi versions of the Gundam characters are adorable and well-designed, and the battle animations are fluid and action-packed. The soundtrack, composed by Masahiro Inoue, features upbeat and catchy tunes that perfectly match the tone of the game.
