Gadget: Lost in Time is a video game in the action genre developed by Electronic Sound and Pictures and published by Electronic Sound and Pictures originally released in 1993. It is currently playable on DOS, Amiga.
The game is a combination of two genres, platformer and quiz game. Gadget, the main character, has invented a time machine and uses it to go back to the dinosaur era. In order to return, he must obtain a crystal to power the time machine. This allows him to move forward in time to the next major era.
The crystal can only be collected after answering enough questions. The questions are scattered throughout each level, in the form of some object from that era and are multiple choice. A question only appears in one place at a time, and answering a question incorrectly causes it to move to the next place. Gadget can stun enemies by jumping on them, and get rid of them by picking them up and throwing them.
