In Germ Crazy, you play a rookie surgeon who must protect his patient from a debilitating, flesh-eating virus. You have to stop the disease by any means necessary, be it antibody injections, black market drugs, amputations or all-out germ warfare. Just make sure the patient doesn't suffer too much surgical abuse or else he will be greeted by Mr. Grim Reaper himself. On the other hand, being too careful can lead to the rapid spread of this horrible mutant virus, and the poor victim will literally rot until all that's left is a skeleton.
The gameplay is complex and unique, and resembles a more biological version of Sim City. There are six difficulty levels, but even at the easiest level, Germ Crazy is a difficult game to master. The theme, while undeniably grim, is tinged with a sadistic sense of humor.
