Hundreds of ring worlds are converging on our solar system devouring everything in their path. Now it is up to the player to stop them.
Ring Wars consists of several parts. First, you must follow the intelligence reports and locate the ring worlds orbiting a planet. Traversing hyperspace, you engage in combat with the ring world's defensive fleet and, once defeated, enter the ring world itself. There, you place a nuclear bomb in its reactor and have to flee before its timer runs out. Then you leave, heading for a friendly moon base, to recharge your lasers, set up another nuke and repair. After a while, the mothership's defense drops low enough for you to chase it down. Defeat it and the threat is gone.
