Hard Evidence: The Marilyn Monroe Files

Hard Evidence: The Marilyn Monroe Files is a video game in the adventure genre developed by T1 New Media and published by Novell originally released in 1995. It is currently playable on Windows 3.x.

The death of blonde Marilyn Monroe remains a mystery, with many conspiracy theories casting doubt on the official version that she committed suicide. Did her film company consider that she was no longer worth as much as her insurance valuation, and tried to 'bump her off' for this reason? Was she linked to an attempt on Fidel Castro's life? Her connections to mob figures and her illicit relationship with John F. Kennedy add to the mystery.

In this game, four different people are trying to find out the truth, and you are in control of all of them. You are a policeman, a coroner, a lawyer who is working out his own theory, and an investigative journalist, each of whom has potential access to different information. You will encounter witness testimony, classified evidence and cities across the United States. The game is a point-and-click adventure that makes heavy use of real documents and audio sequences.

It is possible that we have multiple downloads available when different versions exist.
