Description KaleidoKubes

KaleidoKubes is a puzzle game in which players place cubes on a board. The game is intended for two players, either against a human or against the computer, but there is also a single-player practice mode. Each cube is divided into four triangles of different colors (blue, green, red, yellow) and to place one on the board the color of each side has to match the colors of the adjacent cubes. Each cube has to connect with at least one other cube. Players earn points for each cube placed on the board and the more sides that are connected, the more points are earned. The game is turn based and each player has a limited time (30 or 60 seconds depending on the configuration) and when it runs out the player receives a point penalty and the opponent takes over. In each turn the player has only one cube that he can turn and if he does not find a solution he can pass. The winner is the player with the highest score when the board is filled or when two consecutive timeout or pass combinations have been made.
