La Guerra de las Vajillas

La Guerra de las Vajillas is a video game in the adventure genre developed by Dinamic Software and published by Dinamic Software originally released in 1988. It is currently playable on Commodore 64, Amstrad CPC.

Emperor Karapalo, leader of the imperialist forces, and his lieutenant Darth Water, the knight with the stinkiest breath in the galaxy, are responsible for the most tyrannical government the Universe has ever known. Only a few planets and hundreds of men remain rebellious to the empire's oppression. You, Martin Luke Skywalker, are one of them.

You live on the planet Tutuflex, a desert place located thousands of light years away from our Solar System. Centuries ago, its inhabitants lived quietly and peacefully with no other worries than harvesting the fruits of the giant turnip plantations, the planet's only source of wealth. Tutuflex watched with a certain unconcern as the forces of the Empire, once a small group of mercenaries of the worst kind, became one of the most powerful armies in the universe, subduing an ever-increasing number of planets, everything seemed so far away...

Until one sad day, the forces of the empire arrived, and before the peaceful inhabitants of Tutuflex had time to wonder what was going on, they lasered away all signs of life and peace from the surface of the planet.

Now you are a man with no land, no family, no future... in your heart there is only room for resentment and revenge.

Explained this, it would seem (and indeed it does seem) one of the most dramatic ways to start an adventure, if it weren't for the fact that it's actually a parody of Star Wars ('Star Wars', not 'Vajillas', in Spanish). In addition to the title, you'll also notice that all the names of characters, places, etc. have been modified to make the Spanish user more familiar - in a not very serious way - with them. Add that even the most tense situations will have a joke around them, and as a result you have the first integral humor adventure made in Spain.

It is possible that we have multiple downloads available when different versions exist.
