MotoRodeo is a video game in the racing / driving genre developed by Axlon and published by Atari Corporation originally released in 1990. It is currently playable on Atari 2600.
This is a real split-screen monster truck race using the Atari 2600.
First, you move the joystick up and down to choose whether your opponent is a human or a computer, a blazer or a truck, a tire or a truck. Tires can easily overcome obstacles, while trucks bounce higher. On the next screen, you choose whether you want to compete on Hard, Medium or Easy, or practice any of the obstacles in the game.
Press the joystick button to accelerate. Move the joystick down to perform a wheelie on the ground. Move the joystick left or right in the air to control a spin. Move the joystick left or right quickly to escape from the swamp. Hold down the joystick button while moving forward to use the Nitro Burst.
Difficulty switch
Only the left switch is used.
When set to A, the game becomes a scoring game, with the player with the most points at the end of the race winning.
When set to B, it becomes a timed race with the first player to reach the finish line winning.
