Description Mouse Stampede
Mouse Stampede is a variant of Centipede in which the centipede has been replaced by a herd of mice. The player controls his gun (which happens to be a Mac mouse) freely across the lower sections of the screen while shooting the herd of mice that move across the screen one at a time. The screen is also filled with cheeses that act as obstacles that affect the path of the mice. When a mouse is hit, it curiously turns into cheese. There are also sleeping cats that when hit wake up and start eating mice that are nearby. There are other enemies in the game, such as bats, stomping sneakers, knives, flies, paintbrushes, turtles and falling shopping carts. The player has three lives and loses one life when touched by any of the enemies. An extra life is earned when 15,000 points are reached.
