Rockfall Special Edition

Rockfall Special Edition is a video game in the action genre developed by SOS Software and published by SOS Software originally released in 1992. It is currently playable on Atari ST.

Rockfall Special Edition is an enhanced version of the original Rockfall written in 68000 assembler. You control Spud and the object of the game is to collect all the diamonds in each level before time runs out. Watch out for the rocks because they only stay still on flat surfaces and once they fall you can't outrun them. In later levels monsters and pulsators will start to appear. There can be up to 4 of each in a level. Both monsters and pushers must be eliminated one way or another. Monsters walk randomly on the level while pushers always follow the walls and always turn left if they have to choose the direction. Monsters can be killed using rocks while you need to use traps to kill the pushers. After completing a level you will earn a time bonus of 120 seconds which will be added to your remaining time.

New in this version is the possibility to continue the game from the level you died in, redrawn graphics and the possibility to use new level sets.
