Ski Jumping 2005: Third Edition is a video game in the sports genre developed by L'Art and published by Ubisoft Entertainment SA originally released in 2004. It is currently playable on Windows.

Ski Jumping 2005: Third Edition is a simulation of the sport of ski jumping. The handling is quite simple: the player uses the mouse to maintain a fixed course and by holding both mouse buttons to jump respectively to land. In career mode the player creates his own athlete and starts in youth competitions. Good final results bring sponsors and money that is reinvested in better equipment and training classes. Each good training jump translates into better skills that in turn positively influence the next jumps.

In addition to racing, the game also offers smaller competitions, such as the Four Hills Tournament, summer tournaments and women's tournaments. In total there are 12 competitions on 44 ramps. Less precision is required when playing in arcade mode. Compared to other similar titles, the multiplayer mode is not limited to single tournaments, but players can also participate in the career mode. There all competitions are played together and the training part is played separately.
