Description Strategy Games
Another Keypunch compilation in which the company basically stole the works of independent designers (most released as freeware or shareware on various BBSs), removed all credits and sold them as the company's own games.
The fact that the company could do this unchallenged in the mid-1980s is telling of how much the Internet resembled a lawless 'wild west' in its early days ;) Probably the worst Keypunch compilation I've seen (and that's saying a lot), Strategy Games contains five games - Sabotage, Killer Bees, Vampire Quest, Engineer and Ruler. Vampire Quest isn't even a strategy game: it's an average text adventure that will make Infocom fans turn their noses up in disgust. The rest of the games are simple Strategy Games coded in BASIC, and they are all not very good except Ruler, which is just another key game name for Hammurabi, a well-known early classic strategy title.
