True Pinball is a video game in the simulation genre developed by Digital Illusions CE AB and published by Ocean Software Ltd. originally released in 1996. It is currently playable on SEGA Saturn.

In 1996, SEGA Saturn released True Pinball, a game that quickly became a hit amongst gamers. This pinball game featured four tables, each one with unique, finely-tuned mechanics and sound effects. All tables had the classic pinball feel and were highly symbolic, with sci-fi and cartoon elements featured heavily.
