D Blocks is a shareware single-player game that includes several variations of Tetris (17 as of version 1. 6). It features a rotating stage to display the game's levels.
Players use the arrow keys to move the bricks and rotate them around a basic axis; there are variations that can rotate around the X, Y, or Z axis. The game features the ability to redefine the keys to play, render details and develop new custom Tetris variations.
The shareware version can be played for 10 days without registration.
