Abhor

Abhor is a video game in the action genre and published by M&T Software Partner International GmbH originally released in 1999. It is currently playable on Commodore 64.

The Commodore 64 game Abhor arrived on the scene as an RPG in 1999, with a heavy dose of horror elements. Players took control of a challenging protagonist as they traversed the foggy, deathly environment of the game, where death was a lingering presence. Character customization was one of the highlights of Abhor, creating a unique feel for each playthrough.

Abhor’s unsettling atmosphere was further enhanced by a dark storyline involving the protagonist and their memories of past traumas. Along the way, players encountered a wide variety of enemies and puzzles that needed to be solved.
